Which countries can you buy online in?
You can currently buy and receive our products in the following countries in the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovenia, Spain, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom and Sweden.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs will depend on the delivery area you are in and the weight of the goods. The shipping costs are included on top of the total price of the product and are detailed in the following table:
Madrid Capital and Province: between 1 and 3 kilos, €4. €0.50 per additional kilo.
Iberian Peninsula and Andorra: between 1 and 3 kilos, €6. €0.50 per additional kilo.
Balearic Islands: between 1 and 3 kilos, €12. €1 per additional kilo.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: between 1 and 3 kilos, €18. €1 per additional kilo.
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovenia, Spain, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom and Sweden: €20 per kilo. €5 per additional kilo.
What are the delivery times like?
The order should be delivered between 24 hours and 4 working days for the Iberian Peninsula. Our transport carriers tend to deliver the products within 24 hours after the order has been made for customers located in mainland Spain.
For those companies detailed in the European Union list of countries we ship to, goods will be delivered between 24h and 10 working days after the order has been placed.
What languages is the site in?
The Soins du Visage website can be read in Spanish and English. You can select the language in the bottom left hand corner of the Website, where you will see the flags for each language.
Are “sold out” goods replaced?
If a product is sold out, we will attempt to get it back in stock as soon as possible. If there is no stock or it has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we will take it off the website.
Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
Yes. However, manufacturers can change the style of packaging, hence Soins du Visage cannot be held responsible for updating the product images at the exact time that manufacturers make these changes. Soins du Visage undertakes to send the same quantity of product specified in the corresponding product fact sheet.
Is it possible to receive up-to-date information via e-mail with the latest new products and offers from Soins du Visage?
Yes. All you have to do is click on the section “Newsletter” and you will receive information on the latest new products, offers and news from Soins du Visage, as well as information on the brands that we distribute.
Can I cancel my subscription to the Soins du Visage Newsletter?
In the “Newsletter” section, you can easily cancel your subscription to the newsletter. Insert the relevant details and select “cancel” in the drop down menu.
How do I recover my password if I have forgotten it?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the section "My account". You will receive an e-mail with your new password.
How can I make sure I have made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive one, contact us at the following e-mail address: email@example.com
In addition, you can consult your previous purchases and orders in the section “My Account_My Orders”.
Can I find out what stage my order is at?
Yes. Access the section “orders” in your account and you will be able to see the real time status of your order.
Can I take an article out of my order?
Yes. If you go in to your shopping basket, you can delete the article you do not want by clicking on the trash symbol, as long as you haven’t processed the order already.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order, by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org . If your order is already on the way to you, we will charge the original shipping costs for the cancellation.
What should I do if I receive the wrong article?
If at any time, by mistake, you receive an article that you did not order, contact us at the following e-mail address: email@example.com
What should I do if I receive a faulty product?
Soins du Visage only sells products that are in perfect condition, hence, if on a one-off occasion, you receive a faulty or broken product, contact us as soon as possible via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) explaining the situation and we will attempt to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We recommend checking the goods before the carrier leaves the delivery location.
