Delivery times

The order should be delivered between 24 hours and 4 working days in the Iberian Peninsula. Our transport carriers tend to deliver the products in 24 hours after the order has been made for customers located in mainland Spain.

For those companies detailed in the European Union list of countries we ship to, goods will be delivered between 24h and 10 working days after the order has been placed.

Orders sent after 16:00h will be processed the following working day.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be sent out once payment has been received. In order to speed up the delivery, we recommend that you send us the bank confirmation to info@soinsduvisage.es in order for us to start preparing the goods.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs will depend on the delivery area and the weight of the goods. The shipping costs are included on top of the total price of the product and are detailed as follows:

National

Madrid Capital and Province: between 1 and 3 kilos, €4. €0.50 per additional kilo.

Iberian Peninsula and Andorra: between 1 and 3 kilos, €6. €0.50 per additional kilo.

Balearic Islands: between 1 and 3 kilos, €12. €1 per additional kilo.

International

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania and Sweden:

€20 per kilo. €5 per additional kilo.

Free transport for purchases over €49,99

This promotion is only available for orders over €49,99 and for unlimited weight and for locations within mainland Spain.

For other destinations, we will make a discount of €6 on shipping costs for goods for orders over €49,99.

Availability

Soins du Visage, will review the stock of products in its warehouse on a daily basis, in order to continually update its website. However, on certain occasions of high demand on one specific day, there could be delays to the shipping of goods, due to a lack of stock of certain products. Soins du Visage undertakes to advise the client about any problem or shipping delay of the goods requested.

Returns

Should any of our products not be to your liking, you can exchange them for another one (however, in no case can they be exchanged for cash), provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and are unopened. The shipping costs of sending the goods back must be paid by the customer. 

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation, which shall be applicable with regard to the validity, interpretation, execution and compliance thereof.
